We went to this place called Strawberry Cafe here. It’s a restaurant that serves American food and we all really wanted to go to take a break from all the Japanese food we’ve been eating. So we get there and they had this mini menu outside and found it pretty hilarious. They thought they would be all cool and switch the ¥ signs with $ to make it all American-like, not realizing that 1 yen is not equal to 1 dollar, making the food like over $800 at least. We asked our waitress if a sirloin steak really costs $1,350 and she was all confused.
